In their pastoral support role in schools, CPS Workers have a unique opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of young people and their communities. The Certificate IV and Diploma of Youth Work is being offered in response to this challenge and to the demonstrated needs of young people

The Cert IV and Diploma of Youth Work are nationally accredited qualifications. SMG Training Services partners with ACOM (Australian College of Ministries) through their localNET program.

Although it is designed to meet the specific professional needs of the Christian Pastoral Support Worker, the Diploma of Youth Work will also prepare students for a range of community leadership roles.
